Our Heavy Duty Motor Assembly Line is engineered to revolutionize the manufacturing of large-scale motors ranging from 200kW to 2500kW. Moving away from traditional manual lifting and alignment, this system integrates Overhead Crane Systems with 6-Axis Heavy Payload Robotics to achieve micron-level precision in rotor insertion and stator stacking.
The core of this solution lies in the Robotic Rotor Pressing Station. Utilizing articulated robots with payload capacities exceeding 500kg, the system eliminates the risk of stator winding damage during heavyweight assembly. Combined with a RFID-enabled Conveyor System, each motor body is tracked seamlessly from the raw casting phase through to the final functional testing, ensuring a fully automated, traceable, and ergonomic production process.
